NAHCON Homes is a project awarded by the Federal Government of Nigeria to N3 Properties ltd. The project is located at 51 Samuel Street, off Akowonjo, Ikeja, Lagos-State. The project is to flag off after 2023 Ramadan which ends April 23, 2023. The aforementioned project is said to house 264 units of 2 and 3 bedroom flats within the confinement of 22 buildings which sits on over 7 acres of land. NAHCON Homes is a one of it’s kind project in Lagos-State, Nigeria.
It is known, that NAHCON Homes is measuring approximately 7.7 acres and it is located in Akowonjo,
Lagos with a standard Muslim hub. This Muslim hub is where Muslims perform daily solaah, weekly jummah and yearly ittekaaf.
This hub will harbor within the confinement of it walls, a tastefully furnished mosque with library and Madrasah for Qur'anic study.
This hospital will be the first FREE religious clinic with medical help for humanity. This will be achieved by registering the clinic as an NGO. The established NGO will coordinate the affairs of the clinic.
Our services rendered will cover dental and medicals without border. It will also cover Oncology from the health department in the United Kingdom.
The NAHCON Homes perimeter also houses a mini sport area. Our standard indoor games stadium, is built to foster the discovery and development of young talents fit to represent the country.
Built within it walls is a mini-mart. Our mini-mart supplies groceries for instant pickup or delivery of food stuffs, beverages, toiletries and refreshment items within the estate.
NAHCON entry gate, exit gates and its surrounding will be monitored by CCTV and also will be guarded by trained security agents who will also be working in partnership with mobile police.
